Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

We create with love and intention for all skin types, but every skin is different. We recommend doing a patch test first, especially if you're sensitive. Every product is handmade with high-quality, ingredients like she butter,jojoba oil, skin safe powders,coconut oil,and essential oils. Full ingredient lists are on each product page and label.

We do also offer fragrance free products

What is your return, refund, and exchange policy?

Because all of our skincare is handmade and personal care based, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. But if something went wrong with your order, email us- we're always here to help. Your satisfaction matters to Kiandria & Co.

Can I cancel or change my order after it's placed?

We begin processing order immediately, so cancellations or changes aren't always possible. If you made a mistake or need to change something Email us ASAP @kiandriaco@gmail.com.We'll do our best to help before it ships out.

Where will my order ship from?

All orders are shipped from Texas,USA

How long does shipping take?

We work fast over here! Orders are processed within 2-4 business days and shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on where you are. You'll get a tracking email once your order is on its way.

We do not ship on weekends, Mondays, or national holidays, and if there's a natural disaster or severe weather in our area, shipping may be delayed for safety reasons. But don't worry- we'll keep you updated every step of the way!

How can I track my order or check its status?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to follow your package. You can click it anytime to check the status.

If it's been a minute and you haven't receive an update, email us at kiandriaco@gmail.com and we'll help you out!

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or melted?

Melting can happen in hot weather. Pop it in the fridge for 10-15 minutes and it'll firm right back up. It is still safe to use.

If your items arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours and we'll assist.

My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?

First, check your tracking info. If it shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact your local carrier. Sometimes carriers mark things delivered a little early. Double check around your porch, neighbors, or leasing office. Still nothing? Reach out to us @kiandriaco@gmail.com so we can help you track it down.

What if my package gets returned back to you?

If your package gets returned because of an incorrect address, delivery attempt, incomplete or unverified address we can reship it- you'll just need to cover the shipping fee. We'll contact you as soon as it comes back to us!

Failure to pay the reshipping fee within 7 days will result in your order being canceled without a refund or exchange.

We are not responsible for orders returned due to customer input errors. It is your responsibility to enter the correct shipping information. We strongly encourage double-checking your address before placing an order.

If a customer disputes an order based on an address mistake they failed to correct, we reserve the right to block future purchases and pursue legal action if necessary. All orders are tracked, documented, and confirmed for protection on both ends.

If we are at mistake we will cover all fees plus and including shipping back out to you.
